Send an email to someone at the MCOE I.T. Department. You can send an e-mail to a specific employee, or to techsupport@modoccoe.k12.ca.us to reach all of us. If the employee you send the request to is not able to help or needs additional support they will forward to other staff, as needed.

Faster: Call
Call 233-7169 and speak with a technology employee, or leave a voicemail. The person that answers your call will create a helpdesk ticket for you at their earliest convenience. For the fastest support you can bypass this step and create your own helpdesk ticket.

Fill out a helpdesk ticket and your request is routed to the most appropriate person depending on our current staffing and priorities.
